“I contacted playakids.com directly and they were very responsive.  Our babysitter was Carla Faydella and she was great.  Her profile is pasted below.  We used her 6 times for 2-3 hours both in the morning and at night.  She was always on time, was thoughtful in that she brought some activities for our two girls 4.5 and 3 yrs, was very active with our kids in building legos, painting fingernails/toenails, and coloring/art projects.  Carla’s english was good and she was a pleasure to work with.  Our girls really took a liking to her and made us feel comfortable leaving our girls with her.  We had no issues or concerns with the process, it all worked out really well considering we had almost daily usage that varied from 7am-9am to 6pm to 9pm and was not ever large intervals.

We have had full time nannies and aupairs over the last 5 years and would gladly hire Carla F and have her as part of our family circus.  I would recommend playakids.com based on our experience and plan to use them again on our next visit to Playa del Carmen.
